Each service requires a specific file type and needs to be professionally converted. This fee covers the cost of this conversion for the size and service type needed for the specific order. As long as no changes in service type, size or design are needed this is a one time fee. A separate fee will be charged for each file type, i.e. 1 fee for embroidery file, 1 fee for engraving file.
