These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at www.stitchandember.com (the “Site”) and any services or products offered by Stitch & Ember, a DBA (doing business as) of The Craft Loft LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Site
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the Site with the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only.
2. Custom Orders & Design Approvals
All custom and personalized orders are final sale. You are responsible for reviewing and approving design proofs, fonts, spellings, and product selections before production. Once approved, changes cannot be made, and we are not responsible for customer errors.
3. Order Processing & Turnaround
Production begins after full payment is received. Our standard turnaround time is 10 business days, not including shipping. Rush services may be available for an additional fee upon request.
We reserve the right to adjust turnaround times during high-volume seasons or due to supply chain disruptions, with notice provided at time of order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship nationwide via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information. Stitch & Ember is not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery errors once an order has left our facility. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is in production. If there is an error on our part or a defective item is received, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery for resolution.
6. Customer-Supplied Items
If you choose to provide your own item for embroidery or engraving, you acknowledge that Stitch & Ember is not responsible for any potential damage to the item during customization. We take great care, but all work on customer-supplied items is done at your own risk.
7. Bulk & Corporate Orders
For large or corporate orders, a signed quote or order agreement may be required. Custom packaging, fulfillment, and shipping services are available upon request. Orders requiring drop shipping or multiple delivery locations must be discussed in advance.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including logos, designs, graphics, product photos, and text—is the property of Stitch & Ember (The Craft Loft LLC) and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you submit a logo or design for customization, you confirm you have the legal right to use it.
9. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and invoice payments. Orders will not begin until full payment is received.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stitch & Ember (The Craft Loft LLC) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our services or products.

DTF & UV DTF Decorated Products
Stitch & Ember offers premium apparel and accessory decoration using DTF (Direct-to-Film) and UV DTF application methods. These techniques allow us to produce bold, durable, and highly detailed designs on a wide range of products—without the limitations of traditional printing.
We do not sell DTF transfers; instead, we use DTF and UV DTF as a decoration method for finished goods.
Our DTF- and UV DTF-decorated items include:
- Custom t-shirts and sweatshirts
- Branded uniforms and team wear
- Tote bags and accessories
- Hard-surface items such as tumblers, glassware, and small gift items (UV DTF)
