Stitch & Ember is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected before confirmed delivery to our studio.
Once a completed order has been accepted and scanned by the return carrier, delivery timing and handling are controlled by the carrier.
Golf bag pockets are customer-provided items. Stitch & Ember uses professional equipment, appropriate materials and reasonable care throughout the embroidery process. However, the exact composition, coatings, internal construction, age and previous condition of customer-provided items may not always be known.
By submitting a golf bag pocket for embroidery, the customer acknowledges that:
If Stitch & Ember causes direct, documented damage through an error in workmanship, any compensation will not exceed the amount paid for the embroidery service. Stitch & Ember does not guarantee replacement of the pocket or complete golf bag.
No. Please send only the completely removable ball pocket. Complete golf bags are not accepted unless approved in writing before shipment.
This mail-in service is designed specifically for removable pockets. Contact us with photographs before ordering to determine whether another option may be available locally.
Embroidery removal is not included and is not guaranteed to be available. Removing existing stitches can leave holes, marks, fading or damage. Upload photographs and request an evaluation before ordering.
Standard embroidery-file preparation is included with qualifying custom-logo options. Complex artwork, multiple logos, specialty digitizing or significant artwork reconstruction may require an additional charge.
Custom-logo services include one digital proof and one complimentary revision. Text and monogram orders may receive a basic layout confirmation when appropriate.
The final size depends on the pocket’s usable embroidery area, construction and requested design. Stitch & Ember will select an appropriate size or provide an approximate size during proofing.
We will make every effort to coordinate the thread with your requested colors. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed due to differences among thread, fabric, printed materials and digital screens.
The customer must have authorization to reproduce any trademarked, licensed, school, team, company or organization artwork. Stitch & Ember may request documentation and reserves the right to decline unauthorized designs.
Follow the golf bag manufacturer’s care instructions. The pocket must arrive clean, empty and completely dry. Pockets with heavy dirt, grass, moisture, mold, smoke odor or other contamination may be declined and returned at the customer’s expense.

The customer pays to ship the pocket to Stitch & Ember. Return shipping is calculated at checkout. Local appointment-only drop-off and pickup are also available.
